Location
The office of the Psychological Center "CLINIC OF HAPPINESS" is located in Warsaw, in the Wola district. Here we hold in-person consultations and also work online with clients worldwide. Open the address in Google Maps to plan a convenient route.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
You can choose a specialist yourself - by request, experience, language, and work format. If you're unsure, submit a matching request: the administrator will clarify what matters to you and suggest suitable options. The final decision is always yours.
Sometimes the connection doesn't work from the first session - that's normal. Let the administrator know, and we'll help you find another specialist without needing to explain personal details. The session that took place is still billed as completed.
The first session is about getting to know the specialist and your request. You'll be able to share what brought you here, ask questions, and discuss possible goals and the format of further work. There's no need to prepare specially or share everything at once - you can move at your own comfortable pace.
Sessions most often happen once a week, but frequency depends on your condition, request, and chosen work format. The length of therapy can't be determined in advance: some need just a few sessions, others benefit from longer-term work. This can be discussed with your specialist at the first meeting.
The center uses a paid time-booking system. After agreeing on a specialist, date, and time, full prepayment is required. Once paid, the session is reserved for you and becomes unavailable for other clients to book.
If your plans change, let us know at least 24 hours before the session — the payment can be moved to another agreed date or refunded. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, or don't show up, the session is considered held and the payment is not refunded. This rule does not limit your statutory right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days. Details — in the Terms and Conditions.
Yes. Information about your request and the content of sessions is not shared with third parties without legal grounds. Exceptions are possible only in cases provided by law, including an immediate threat to the life or health of the client or another person. Even then, only the necessary minimum is disclosed.
Yes. Our specialists hold online consultations with clients worldwide. You'll need a stable internet connection and a quiet space where you can speak freely without worrying about being overheard.
Before starting, the specialist discusses the request with a parent or legal guardian and explains how the process will go. Depending on age and situation, the first session may involve the parent, the child, or a combined format. Parents receive general guidance and the information needed to support the child, while the therapy's private space remains protected.
In sessions, the specialist doesn't decide who's right or take one partner's side. They help both partners hear each other, understand the causes of recurring conflicts, recognize each other's needs, and find new ways of interacting. The format and goals of joint work are discussed at the first session.
Don't leave without an answer
Just leave your contact and preferred language. We'll gently clarify the details on the first call.
Sometimes even people who love each other stop hearing one another. Conversations end in arguments or silence, resentment builds, and trust and closeness fade. The same situations repeat, and it becomes harder to understand how to feel close again.
In therapy, you can break this cycle and learn to speak in a way that's truly heard. We help you understand what's happening between you, restore dialogue, trust, and closeness, agree on what matters, and find a new way of being together - without losing yourself.
Children can't always say that something is wrong. Anxiety may show up as fears, irritability, withdrawal, tears, trouble sleeping, or reluctance to go to school, while a teenager may grow increasingly distant. At such moments it can be hard for parents to tell whether this is a passing phase or whether the child already needs help.
In therapy, the child gets a safe space to understand their feelings, talk about difficult things, and learn to cope with what they're experiencing. We help the child gradually understand themselves better, express emotions in safer ways, reduce anxiety, and restore a sense of inner stability - and help parents better understand what's going on with their child and find ways to support them day to day.
Anxiety can gradually take up too much space in life: thoughts won't stop, the body stays tense, and it becomes hard to sleep, work, make decisions, or simply feel safe. Panic attacks or sudden changes can take away your usual sense of stability, and what used to help you cope stops working.
In therapy, you can understand what triggers and sustains your anxiety, learn to manage panic attacks and physical tension, regain a sense of stability, and feel that you - not the anxiety - are in charge of your life. During a crisis, we help you get through it without facing it alone and gradually rebuild inner stability.
A difficult event can end while the feeling of danger stays behind. What was experienced returns as anxiety, bodily tension, nightmares, or painful memories - sometimes as detachment, loss of trust, and an urge to avoid anything that recalls the past. Even when someone appears to be coping on the outside, it can be hard on the inside to feel safe and live in the present.
In therapy, you don't have to talk about everything right away or relive what happened. The work proceeds gradually, at a pace that preserves your sense of safety and control. We help reduce the intensity of traumatic reactions, rebuild inner stability, and separate the past from the present - so that what happened remains part of your story without continuing to define your life.
Burnout doesn't always start with total exhaustion. At first it just gets harder to get up, concentrate, make decisions, and communicate; everyday tasks require more and more effort, irritation grows, and rest no longer restores your energy. A person keeps going on willpower alone and often blames themselves for laziness or weakness, when in reality their resources are already depleted.
In therapy, you can understand what led to your exhaustion and what's preventing you from recovering, reconnect with your own needs, and stop living in constant survival mode. We help you gradually regain energy, clarity, and interest in life, notice the limits of your strength, set boundaries, and find a rhythm that lets you live and work without losing yourself.
Difficulties in intimate life rarely stay in the bedroom. Reduced or absent desire, mismatched needs, tension, shame, or dissatisfaction can affect self-esteem, relationships, and a sense of closeness. It's often awkward to talk about even with a partner, so the issue goes unspoken and the distance gradually grows.
Working with a specialist, you can explore what's happening with desire, your body, and your relationship without shame or judgment. We help you better understand your own needs and boundaries, talk about them with your partner, reduce anxiety and tension, reconnect with your body, and find the way of experiencing sexuality and closeness that's right for you - gently and without pressure.

CBT helps you see the connection between thoughts, emotions, bodily reactions, and behavior. Together with a specialist, you examine habitual beliefs and ways of reacting, test them in practice, and learn more helpful strategies. The work has a clear structure and may include observations and exercises between sessions.
Positive psychotherapy views difficulties in the context of relationships, life experience, values, and habitual ways of coping. The specialist helps identify the inner conflict or unmet need that may lie behind a symptom, and helps you recognize the abilities and resources you can draw on. The goal is to restore a more stable balance across different areas of life.
Gestalt therapy helps you become more attentive to what's happening for you "here and now": feelings, bodily reactions, needs, and ways of relating to others. Together with a specialist, the client explores recurring patterns, learns to better understand their boundaries, and tries new ways of relating to themselves and others.
Existential therapy engages with themes of meaning, choice, responsibility, loneliness, uncertainty, and life transitions. Its aim isn't to remove every difficult experience, but to help you understand what these experiences are telling you, what truly matters to you, and how to build a life more in tune with yourself.
Drawing, metaphor, imagery, storytelling, and other creative materials aren't used to evaluate ability - they're another way to express and explore experience. This is especially valuable when it's still hard to find words for something difficult. You don't need to know how to draw - the specialist chooses methods suited to the person's age, needs, and comfort.
The focus isn't on finding someone to blame, but on how partners or family members interact with each other. The specialist helps identify recurring conflicts, hear each person's needs, and work with trust, boundaries, and role distribution. The goals and format of the joint work are agreed on at the first session.
Sexology counseling helps you work through questions of desire, closeness, differing needs, sexual difficulties, shame, and your relationship with your own body. Sessions can be individual or with a partner - confidential, gentle, and free of judgment. If medical diagnostics are needed, the specialist will recommend seeing the appropriate doctor.
Crisis intervention is short-term help following loss, a breakup, a traumatic event, violence, sudden change, or a sharp decline in wellbeing. The specialist first helps restore a sense of safety, ease the intensity of what you're feeling, and identify immediate next steps and available support. In the case of an immediate threat to life or health, please contact emergency services.
The work is tailored to the child's age, development, and individual characteristics. The specialist may use conversation, play, drawing, and imagery-based methods to help the child understand emotions and cope with anxiety and difficulties with adaptation and relationships. Parental involvement, feedback arrangements, and the limits of confidentiality are discussed at the start of the work.
If you need help right now
"Happiness Clinic" provides consultations by appointment and is not an emergency response service. If there is an immediate threat to life or health, if you're afraid you might harm yourself or someone else, or if someone near you is in that state - please don't wait for a reply from the administrator or a psychologist.
You can also go to the nearest emergency department (SOR) of a hospital that has a psychiatric ward.
Free 24/7 support in Poland
If you are outside Poland, please call your local emergency number.
Paid booking
A specialist's time is reserved once the date is confirmed and full prepayment is made. Until payment is received, the selected time remains available for other clients to book. The amount paid covers the chosen consultation and confirms the booking of that specific time.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If your plans change, please let the administrator know at least 24 hours before the session. In that case, the payment can be moved to another agreed date or refunded on request.
If a session is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of a no-show, the session is considered held. The payment is not refunded or transferred, since that time was reserved for the client and could no longer be offered to anyone else. This rule does not limit the consumer's statutory right to withdraw from the contract (§ 8 of the Terms).
Lateness
If the client is late, the session still ends at the originally agreed time, and its cost is not reduced. If the specialist delays the start of the session, the client receives the full time allotted for the session.
Refunds
For a timely cancellation, the refund is issued using the same method as the original payment, unless the parties agree to carry the amount over to another session. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
If a session cannot take place due to the center or the specialist, the client is offered either a reschedule to a convenient time or a full refund.
Online booking
If the contract is concluded online, you may withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion, and we will refund the payment within 14 days using the same method. If the session is scheduled earlier, you separately confirm at payment that you ask for the service to start before this period ends. Once a consultation has been fully delivered, the right to withdraw from it ends.

A child growing up is a complex process - not only for the child, but for the whole family. Changes in behavior, strong emotions, conflict, difficulties at school, or a sense that the child has become distant don't always mean the parents did something wrong. Sometimes a family simply needs professional support to better understand what's happening and find the right way to help.
When to see a child psychologist
A consultation can be helpful if a child or teenager:
You can reach out for help even when parents notice changes but don't yet understand their cause. There's no need to wait until the situation becomes critical.
How the work proceeds
The work begins with an initial consultation with a parent or legal guardian. The specialist clarifies the concern, the child's developmental characteristics, the family situation, and the changes causing concern. Depending on the child's age and the nature of the difficulties, the first session may involve only the parents, the parents together with the child, or another format the psychologist suggests.
Further sessions are held in person in Warsaw or online. The format is chosen individually, based on the child's age, condition, and needs. With children, the psychologist may use conversation, play, drawing, and other suitable methods. Work with teenagers is more often based on dialogue, building trust, developing emotional-regulation skills, and finding their own sources of support.
When needed, the psychologist holds separate sessions with parents, helping them better understand their child's behavior and offering guidance on communication and support at home.
Confidentiality
For the work to be effective, it's important for the child or teenager to feel that the consultation space is safe. That's why the content of personal conversations with the specialist is not relayed to parents word for word.
Parents may receive information about the general goals of the work, its progress, and recommendations needed to support the child. Confidentiality may be limited if there is a threat to the life or health of the child or another person, grounds to suspect abuse, or a legal requirement to disclose information.
The psychologist explains these rules to the child and parents in advance, in clear language.
Parental involvement
Psychological work with a minor is not about finding someone to blame. Its purpose is to understand the child's needs, help them cope with what they're experiencing, and, together with the family, create the conditions for positive change.
Parental involvement is especially important: the specialist can help adjust ways of communicating, reduce tension, learn to move through conflict more calmly, and gradually rebuild trust. Sometimes the main work is done with the child, sometimes with the parents, and in some situations a combination of individual and family sessions is the most helpful approach.
Starting work with a minor requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The format of the consultations and the plan going forward are determined after the first session.
